Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman, Reveals She Is About to Become a Grandma
Ree Drummond is preparing to enter a new chapter in her life: Grandparenthood.
The Pioneer Woman star’s daughter Alex Drummond Scott has announced that she is pregnant, expecting her first child with her husband Mauricio Scott.
“We are excited to meet you, little one,” Alex, 26, shared on Instagram on June 23. “Baby Scott will be joining us this winter!”
Accompanying the announcement, the couple, who got married in 2021, posted a photo of Mauricio, 27, holding Alex close as she displayed the sonograms. They also included pictures with their golden retriever, who wore a sage green bandana with the words “Big Brother.”
Ree is eagerly awaiting the arrival of the newest member of the family. “So happy for you both!!” she wrote. “And for the entire family! Love you, Alex and Mauricio!”
Naturally, the Food Network star — who has children Paige, 23, Bryce, 20, Jamar, 20, and Todd, 18, with her husband Ladd Drummond — couldn’t resist leaving just one comment for her fans.
