The Yashoda actress often talks about physical fitness, training programs, the significance of a balanced life, daily routines, and various health-related topics on her Take 20 podcasts.
This time, The Family Man sensation suggests an alternative approach, promoting natural methods over unnecessary medications. Samantha took to her Instagram story and shared a picture of herself using a nebulizer machine with a face mask.
Sharing the image, the actress shared some interesting insights on medication and wrote, “Before resorting to medicine for a common viral infection, consider trying an alternative approach.”
Given the ongoing monsoon season and the prevalence of colds and fevers, the health enthusiast suggested a health tip and wrote, “One option is to nebulize with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and distilled water.”
The actress reassured her fans that, in her experience, it works. She shared, “Works like magic. Avoid unnecessary use of (a capsule emoticon) #alternativemedicine”
For those unaware, Samantha, the fitness enthusiast, has previously shared about her diet and her involvement in martial arts, weight training, and various fitness programs to maintain her health and fitness on social media.
The actress appears happy and enthusiastic in most of her videos while participating in fitness programs, clearly demonstrating her passion for fitness goals.
On the work front
Samantha is reportedly teaming up with directors Raj and DK for their next film, Rakhtabeej, where she will star alongside Aditya Roy Kapoor for the first time.
This will be the third collaboration between the U Turn actress and Raj and DK, following The Family Man and the upcoming Prime Video series Citadel: Honey Bunny. However, there’s no official confirmation yet.
Filming for Rakhtabeej is set to begin in August, while Raj and DK are also engaged with The Family Man series.
Meanwhile, the Majili actress announced her debut feature film under her production banner, Tralala Moving Pictures, titled Bangaram. She will star in the lead role in this multi-lingual Telugu film set to release in 2025.
