Celebrity stylist Sshura Khan, who is married to actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, often makes headlines on the Internet. Sshura frequently shares affectionate photos with her husband, Arbaaz, on Instagram.
However, Sshura’s most recent Instagram post is not about Arbaaz but his stepmother, the legendary actress Helen.
Sshura Khan posts a picture with Helen
On July 18, Sshura Khan took to Instagram to share a new photo with Helen from their Pilates session. In the Instagram story, Sshura is seen kissing Helen’s cheek on one side. The image also includes their Pilates trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala.
The veteran actress can be seen making a playful pout in the photo.
Sshura tagged Helen and Yasmin in the picture and captioned it as “Pilates buddies.” She also complimented Helen by writing, “Helen aunty, you are such an inspiration,” followed by a red heart emoji.

At 85, Helen motivates fans with her regular Pilates routine
Helen, known for songs like Yeh Mera Dil, Mehbooba Mehbooba, and Monika O My Darling, has recently started practicing Pilates regularly to maintain her fitness.
In June 2024, Helen appeared in Yasmin Karachiwala’s Instagram video talking about how Pilates has benefited her life. The 85-year-old actress shared that she feels “energetic, alive, and happy” after her Pilates sessions.
Helen expressed that Pilates “gives her a high” without the need for drinking or smoking. She mentioned, “I get the high out of Pilates.”

Sshura Khan and Arbaaz Khan first met on the set of Arbaaz’s production, Patna Shukla. The couple was recently seen outside a maternity clinic, but they didn’t reveal the reason for their visit.
Sshura and Arbaaz got married in a private Nikah ceremony on December 24, 2023, organized by Arbaaz’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma at her Mumbai residence. Helen is Sshura’s stepmother-in-law.
At 85, Helen continues to defy expectations and shows that age is just a number.
