Paris Hilton Reacts to Fans Who Are Concerned About Son’s Backwards Life Jacket

The Simple Life star recently caused some worry among her fans when she posted a TikTok of herself and her 16-month-old son, Phoenix, swimming in a pool during their vacation in Hawaii with her husband, Carter Reum, and their 6-month-old daughter, London.
In the May 26 clip, Paris was seen gliding through the water with her baby boy, who was wearing a blue floatation device with inflatable arm bands attached to a vest, but fans pointed out that it was on backwards.
“Oops!” Paris responded to a fan in the comments section. “Thank you! I never let him out of my arms.”
The 43-year-old explained why she had put the vest on in that way, saying, “Thought it was backwards too. I mentioned it to the person who I bought it from and they said it was on correctly. But thank you so much for bringing it to my attention.”
