Cast of One Tree Hill Comes Together for Charity Basketball Game of the Century
These One Tree Hill stars returned to their basketball roots for a charity game.
A total of 13 former Tree Hill Ravens reunited on May 18 in Wilmington, North Carolina for a charity basketball game organized by Friends with Benefits Charity Events.
James Lafferty (Nathan Scott), Bryan Greenberg (Jake Jagielski), and Stephen Colletti (Chase Adams) were among those playing to raise funds for the V Foundation for Cancer Research.
“Just being back in this gym where we filmed the show and reuniting with the original Ravens team is surreal and wonderful,” said James in an interview with MyCancerFamily.com founder Denise Alpert. “Having all of us together again is truly incredible.”
While Chad Michael Murray, who portrayed Lucas Scott, couldn’t attend in person, he sent a special video message to greet the cast.
During the game, Paul Johannson and Craig Sheffer, who played the feuding brothers Dan and Keith Scott, led opposing teams reminiscent of their onscreen rivalry. Chad declared his support for “Team Keith,” but ultimately “Team Dan” emerged victorious with a score of 78-72.
