Liam Payne from One Direction Reunites with Niall Horan Prior to His Passing
Payne previously made comments about his former band mates, such as saying his 2017 single “outsold everybody within the band.” However, he later explained that he had gained new insights in more recent years.
In a video posted on YouTube in July 2023, Payne stated, “I think for me, a lot of what I said just came from the wrong place. I was so angry at what was going on around me that instead of looking inward, I directed my frustrations outward.”
Despite this, Payne expressed gratitude for his groupmates’ unwavering support during his 100-day stay in rehab. He acknowledged, “The rest of the boys have really stuck by me. When I needed them most, they came to my rescue.”
Returning to music marked another transformative moment for Payne, as he eagerly anticipated what lay ahead. He shared, “I feel like I have a grip on life now and everything that was slipping away from me. The process of getting back out there worked for me, but there were still lingering issues I needed to address.”
Payne emphasized his positive outlook on the future and reflected on his journey in photos.
