Olivia Culpo Shares Her Pre-Wedding Routine with Christian McCaffrey
Even though it’s the off-season, Christian McCaffery and Olivia Culpo are still keeping busy.
Instead of playing football, the San Francisco 49ers star is helping his fiancée finalize wedding plans. The couple, who got engaged in April, are focused on feeling their best on their special day.
“Christian is taking time to recover after a hectic year,” Olivia told E! News in a recent interview, referring to his record-breaking season.
Olivia is also making changes to her routine. “During the season, it’s hard to have a stable routine,” the Culpo Sisters star shared.
Getting back into wellness, the 31-year-old is using help from BODYARMOR.
She added, “I’m really focusing on my diet, workouts, and consistency. I want to feel my best for my wedding. It was tough being away from my normal routine and home during the past season.”
