Shortly after, Cassie broke her silence, expressing gratitude for the support she had received from both celebrities and strangers.
“I am grateful for the love and support I have received from my family, friends, and even strangers,” the 37-year-old shared in an Instagram post on May 23. “Domestic violence is a serious issue that had a profound impact on me.”
She concluded, “This journey of healing is ongoing, but the support I have received means the world to me. Thank you.”
