Fardeen Khan, one of the main actors in the 2005 movie No Entry, recently confirmed that he will not be part of the upcoming sequel. In an interview, he mentioned that No Entry 2, produced by Boney Kapoor, will feature an entirely new cast.
When Fardeen Khan spoke with Bollywood Hungama, he was asked if he had been approached by the makers of No Entry 2 to be part of the film. He revealed that despite the film being announced, neither he nor the original cast will be involved. He stated that the film will have a completely new star cast. When questioned about why he is not part of the sequel, he simply said, “You should call Boney Kapoor for this.”
During the conversation, the Heeramandi actor reflected on his experience working on the first No Entry film. He mentioned that it was his first attempt at full-fledged comedy as an actor, which was quite different from his usual roles and helped him break free from his usual style. Although he was initially hesitant, Boney convinced him and guided him through it.
No Entry 2 will be produced by Kapoor and directed by Anees Bazmee. The first movie also starred Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Bipasha Basu, Esha Deol, Lara Dutta, Celina Jaitly, and Boman Irani.
Currently, Fardeen is focused on his upcoming movie, Visfot. In an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla alongside director-producer Sanjay Gupta, they discussed the film released on September 6. Gupta shared that his admiration for Fardeen stems from his father, Feroz Khan, a prominent Bollywood figure. The crime thriller also features Riteish Deshmukh, Priya Bapat, and Krystle D’Souza.
