Nicole Kidman is confirmed to return for the sequel of her cult classic movie Practical Magic from 1998, starring opposite Sandra Bullock. Rumors of the sequel started when Warner Bros. Pictures hinted at a sequel on their official TikTok account, as reported by USA Today.
The studio released a clip featuring the memorable ‘midnight margaritas’ scene from the original movie, captioned “It’s official… Practical Magic 2 is coming!”
Kidman has now confirmed that she and Bullock will star in the upcoming sequel after reports of their potential reunion for the project surfaced.
In an interview with People magazine, Kidman revealed that she and her co-star have “found a way in” to the sequel, suggesting there is more story to tell.
She confirmed that they will reprise their roles in the movie, stating, “Yes, I will be in it. And Sandy will be in it. And that’s that.”
