Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024: A List of Star-Studded Celebrities Who Got Slimed Featuring Renee Rapp, Jack Black and More

This year, SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star hosted the show for the first time, showcasing the best in movies, TV, music, and sports voted by kids. One special feature of this event is the sliming of stars and the audience.
The KCAs upheld their tradition of sliming winners and presenters with green slime. The sliming tradition began in 2002 and the non-toxic green slime is used solely for entertainment purposes. The awards ceremony took place at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion, a shift from its previous venue. Check out the list of celebs who daringly got slimed this year.
1. Reneé Rapp
Reneé Rapp, winning the Breakout New Artist award, experienced her first sliming this year. After her speech, she cheekily thanked the audience before getting slimed from all sides on stage.
This year also featured a rainbow slime surprise from a giant birthday cake celebrating SpongeBob’s 25th anniversary. Stars like Halle Berry, Michael Phelps, and Katy Perry have all been slimed in the past as well.
2. Jack Black
Jack Black won the award for his role in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, receiving it in a pre-filmed setting where he was hilariously slimed from a mailbox.
3. Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll, a country music star, got slimed while presenting an award to Anna Kendrick for her role in Trolls Band Together. This was a slight departure from his recent winning streak at the CMT Music Awards.
4. The Kid LAROI
The Kid LAROI delivered an electrifying performance and ended up drenched in slime after singing his hits on stage. The event was streamed live across various networks.
5. Henry Golding
Henry Golding presented the final award of the night to rapper Post Malone and was surprised by a downpour of slime. Attendees of the event willingly embraced the sliming, showcasing their playful spirit.
