Morgan Wallen Arrested for Allegedly Tossing Chair from Rooftop Bar
Morgan Wallen is currently in legal trouble in Tennessee.
The 30-year-old was arrested in Nashville in the late evening of April 7 for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, as confirmed by his attorney Worrick Robinson to E! News. He was accused of throwing a chair from a roof.
Robinson stated that Morgan is fully cooperating with authorities.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) that Wallen was arrested on three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $15,250, and NBC News reported, citing online Davidson County Jail records, that he was released around 3:30 in the morning.
According to local outlet WKRN, arrest records showed that officers saw a chair fall from a rooftop and hit the street in front of Chiefs Bar around 10:53 p.m. Staff members identified Wallen as the person responsible for the incident.
The officers watched footage that depicted the “Last Night” singer throwing an object from the six-story rooftop above the street.
