Megan Thee Stallion Accused of Allegedly Making Cameraman Watch Her Engage in Sexual Activity
Megan Thee Stallion is currently facing new legal issues.
A former cameraman has filed a lawsuit against the “Hot Girl Summer” artist, accusing her of harassment and creating a hostile work environment. The lawsuit, obtained by E! News on April 23, claims that in June 2022, while in Ibiza, Spain, the cameraman was in an SUV with Megan when she and another woman in the car engaged in sexual activity next to him.
According to the lawsuit, Emilio Garcia, who started working with Megan in 2018 and became her full-time personal cameraman in 2019, alleged that Megan instructed him not to discuss what he witnessed after the incident. Emilio stated that he felt trapped in the moving car in a foreign country and was humiliated throughout the ordeal.
Emilio’s lawsuit also claims that Megan (real name Megan Pete) later insulted him, calling him derogatory names and making remarks about his weight and food intake.
On April 23, Megan’s lawyer Alex Spiro informed E! News that they plan to address the issue in court, clarifying that it is solely an employment claim without any allegations of sexual harassment. Spiro labeled the accusations as an attempt to shame Megan.
