Margaret Qualley Details Jack Antonoff’s Deception to Adam Sandler
Jack Antonoff’s smallest gesture had a huge impact on Margaret Qualley’s life.
The record producer, known for collaborating with artists like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and Lana Del Rey, used his influence to help his wife land a role in Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore 2.
Describing her husband as a “great spouse,” Margaret shared on Jimmy Fallon’s Sept. 24 episode of The Tonight Show that she doesn’t play golf, and Jack had fibbed to help their family.
Despite Margaret initially expressing readiness to do “whatever it takes” to secure a role in the sequel, Adam had Jack assess her golfing skills via text.
Although Margaret’s golf ability fell short, Jack informed Adam that she was surprisingly skilled at the sport, prompting Adam to consider casting her.
Satisfied with Jack’s evaluation, Adam joked that Margaret might be annoyed for a few days, but ultimately, she would excel in the role.
