Details Inside: Manoj Bajpayee Sells His Mumbai Luxury Apartment for Rs 9 Crore
Manoj Bajpayee, known for his versatile acting in movies like Satya, Gangs of Wasseypur, and Aligarh, recently sold his apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 9 crore. The actor, originally from Bihar, has had a successful career in Hindi cinema despite initial struggles.
Reportedly, Bajpayee sold his luxurious property in Mahalaxmi after owning it for a decade. The apartment was purchased in 2013 along with his wife, Shabana Bajpayee, for Rs. 6.4 crore.
The apartment, located in Minerva, has a carpet area of 1,247 square feet and includes two parking spaces for cars. Bajpayee also invested in four office units in Oshiwara, Mumbai in 2023 with Rs. 32 crore.
In a past interview, Bajpayee shared his struggles before entering showbiz, recalling moments of disappointment and rejection. Despite facing challenges, the actor has now completed his milestone 100th film and is set to appear in The Family Man – Season 3.
