Hannah Smith from Love Island arrested and charged for making terroristic threats
Hannah Smith‘s experience outside the villa has taken a different direction.
The Love Island USA contestant was taken into custody in Cobb County, Georgia on September 30, as confirmed by E! News.
According to the booking report obtained by E!, Hannah faced charges of willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer and terroristic threats and acts—both classified as felonies.
During her arrest at an Atlanta concert venue for disorderly conduct, as per additional police documents published by TMZ, Hannah allegedly attempted to assault an officer and made threatening remarks towards them.
Despite being handcuffed, as per the TMZ documents, Hannah reportedly tried to physically harm the officer multiple times and issued threats towards them and their sister while being transported to jail.
Hannah was eventually released on bail the following day, as confirmed by E!, but she has not commented publicly on her arrest, continuing to engage on social media.
