Lizzo Shines in Bodysuit in New Video Following Amazing Transformation
Lizzo is feeling good as hell.
The 36-year-old rocked a black bodysuit from her Yitty brand while trying on different fall sweatsuit combinations for fans on Instagram Oct. 3.
“Yes, we know it’s 100 thousand degrees outside,” the “Juice” singer quipped in the clip, “but let’s just ignore that.”
She also hinted at a recent diet change in her life that she made for the sake of her mental health.
“You see me with a coffee,” she said, pretending to pose. “You see me without a coffee because I stopped drinking coffee—panic attacks.”
Lizzo has been an open book about her recent health journey, taking fans behind the scenes as she focuses on fitness.
In an Oct. 3 TikTok, the sweat-covered singer shared how she maintained an endurance push on her Stairmaster.
“I was doing Stairmaster today, and I was doing a higher level than normal,” she explained, noting that in order to avoid quitting early, she dropped down to a lower speed. “Sometimes when you want to give up, it’s really just because you’ve been pushing yourself too hard. Don’t give up, just take it easier on yourself.”
