The Heartbreaking Account of Levi Wright’s Mother Recounting Tragic Final Moments Before Accident
Kallie Wright is sharing a heartbreaking moment in her life. After the tragic death of her son Levi Wright, she is recounting the events leading up to the accident on May 21 where Levi and his toy tractor were swept into a river.
“Unless you’ve been to my place it’s hard to paint a picture of how something like this can happen,” she revealed in a Facebook post on June 6. “There is a creek that runs through our 24 acre property and separates our house from Grandma and Grandpa’s, through that creek is a road made of concrete. It’s how we’ve gotten to their house safely most days.”
Kallie, who is also a mom to daughter Steeley and son Brae with Spencer, explained that her kids have often crossed the creek on bikes or ride on toys, mentioning that the road only has water during certain times of the year and can change overnight. She shared a video of her family crossing the area on horseback as an example.
On the day of Levi’s accident, Kallie mentioned that “Levi did not do anything he hasn’t done before,” but unfortunately, the water was strong enough that day to push his tractor off the road.
