Lamar Odom Describes the Drug Liam Payne Allegedly Took Known as “Pink Cocaine”

Lamar Odom is sharing about his past encounter with a dangerous substance.
In the midst of reports that One Direction member Liam Payne had used pink cocaine—a recreational drug that typically mixes depressants and stimulants like MDMA, ketamine, and opioids—before his tragic passing on Oct. 16, the former NBA player reflected on his own history with substances.
Recounting that he believes he also consumed pink cocaine, the ex-basketball pro was questioned about his use of crack, pink cocaine, and other substances.
“Drugs could lead you to experience hallucinations—I’ve heard voices in the past,” Lamar—who was formerly married to Khloe Kardashian from 2009 until their separation in 2013—revealed to TMZ about his encounters with substances. “That’s pretty much it.”
The 44-year-old—who has been transparent about his battles with substance abuse and addiction throughout the years—emphasized the cruciality of steering clear of substances entirely.
“Who actually desires to be high?” Lamar questioned. “I prefer to keep things low.”
Lamar also extended his sympathies to those who were close to the musician—who skyrocketed to fame in One Direction alongside Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson—following his tragic death from falling three stories from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires.
