The Poosh founder recently unveiled a scrapbook filled with mementos she’s been putting together for her spouse. Among the typical keepsakes like photos and trinkets, one item stands out: a vial of blood.
This artifact is something Kourtney treasures and ensures is noticed, especially when her sister Khloe Kardashian flips through the pages of the gift on the May 30 episode of The Kardashians. Kourtney directly asks, “Did you see my blood vial in there?”

Confirming to Khloe that it is real blood, Kourtney, who has a 6-month-old son Rocky with Travis and is a mom to Mason Disick (14), Penelope Disick (11), and Reign Disick (9) with ex Scott Disick, explains the simple reason behind the gesture: “Just to, like, have each other’s.”
