She explained her absence at the 2024 People’s Choice Awards, where she won Reality TV Star of the Year, due to severe migraines in a video posted on Feb. 19. “There was not much else that could have kept me away from being there,” she said.
Although she couldn’t make an acceptance speech, Khloe expressed gratitude to her fans. “I am so incredibly thankful and blown away,” she said.
After winning the award for the sixth time, Khloe shared her humility. “Awards don’t really make me tick,” she admitted. “But this one, being from the people, means a lot to me.”
