Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal praise Chandu Champion; label Kartik Aaryan’s performance as ‘outstanding’ and ‘spectacular’
Kartik Aaryan’s latest movie, Chandu Champion, has been well-received by the audience. Several celebrities, including Shabana Azmi, Vidya Balan, Javed Akhtar, Kapil Dev, and Milap Zaveri, have shared their reviews of Kabir Khan’s directorial venture. Now, power couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have also praised the film.
Katrina Kaif’s Appreciation for Chandu Champion
On June 21, Katrina Kaif took to Instagram to share a poster of Kartik Aaryan starrer Chandu Champion.
Katrina expressed her admiration for director Kabir Khan in her Instagram story, saying, “Kabir, I loved the film. You are such a wonderful storyteller. You brought this incredible, inspiring story to life.”
The actress, who was moved to tears while watching Chandu Champion, added, “It was so emotional to see this story and how beautifully you have brought it to the screen.”
Katrina also commended Kartik Aaryan’s performance in the film, calling it “outstanding.”
For those unaware, Katrina Kaif has previously worked with Kabir Khan in movies like New York, Phantom, Ek Tha Tiger, and Tiger Zinda Hai.
Vicky Kaushal’s Review of Chandu Champion
Vicky Kaushal also shared a positive review of Kartik Aaryan’s film Chandu Champion. Vicky posted an Instagram story praising Kabir Khan’s biographical sports drama.
Sharing a poster of Chandu Champion, the Sam Bahadur actor wrote, “Thoroughly enjoyed watching the film. Incredible storytelling, Kabir Khan sir. It moves you, inspires you, entertains you!”
Vicky appreciated Kartik’s performance, stating, “Spectacular work, Kartik Aaryan. Keep shining, brother.” He added, “Salute to the true champion… Murlikant Sir!”

Vidya Balan Applauds Kartik’s Chandu Champion
Prior to Katrina and Vicky, Vidya Balan shared her review of Kabir Khan’s Chandu Champion on Instagram. Vidya, who is set to collaborate with Kartik for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, posted a video praising his recent film.
The Bhool Bhulaiyaa actress congratulated actor Kartik Aaryan, director Kabir Khan, and the team behind Chandu Champion.
Vidya mentioned that she couldn’t fathom the amount of hard work put into the film, but it was evident in every frame. She described Chandu Champion as a “gripping and engaging film.”
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s Current Projects
Katrina Kaif’s most recent appearance was in Merry Christmas, released earlier this year, where she starred alongside Vijay Sethupathi.
Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal made a special appearance in the 2023 film Dunki featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu. Vicky is currently working on projects like Bad Newz and Chhaava.
