“This news was a complete shock,” Kate confessed. “William and I have been working together to handle this situation privately for the sake of our young family.”
“As you can imagine, it has been a lengthy process,” she added. “Recovering from major surgery to begin my treatment took time. More importantly, it took us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte, and Louis in a way that they can understand and to assure them that I will be okay.”
