Virender Sehwag lauds Kartik Aaryan’s Chandu Champion
On June 14, Kartik Aaryan and Kabir Khan released their highly anticipated movie, Chandu Champion. The film about paralympic gold medallist Murlikant Petkar has received praise from both the audience and critics.
Virender Sehwag was moved by the emotional film depicting Petkar’s struggles to achieve gold. In his review on Cricbuzz, Sehwag stated in Hindi, “I watched a movie yesterday called Chandu Champion. It’s an amazing film showcasing the challenges faced by our paralympic players.”
Gaurav Kapur added that everyone should learn about the inspiring story of paralympians and encouraged viewers to watch the movie to understand the struggles of athletes in all sports.
Karan Johar reviews Kabir Khan’s Chandu Champion
Filmmaker Karan Johar was impressed by Kartik’s performance in the film. On his Instagram stories, he called it “Solid, sincere and supreme” and praised Kabir Khan for directing an inspiring tale of human spirit.
KJo highlighted Kartik Aaryan’s career-best performance, describing it as a “must-watch” film with a humane and honest portrayal.
