Kartik Aaryan, who is well-known for his love for cars, was gifted a luxurious McLaren GT from the producers of his film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 as a token of appreciation for its success at the box office. Kartik Aaryan opens up about his McLaren GT worth Rs 4.7 crore being infested by rats
In a recent conversation with The Lallantop, Kartik disclosed that he hasn’t been able to drive his McLaren as rats chewed on the car’s mat, causing damage. He mentioned, “I drive my other car. I have hardly used the McLaren. It was kept in the garage for a long time, and rats chewed the mat, which cost me a significant amount to repair.”

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan is gearing up for the release of his next film, Chandu Champion. Directed by Kabir Khan, the movie is set to hit the cinemas on June 14, 2024. Chandu Champion revolves around the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. Along with Kartik in the lead role, the inspiring story features Vijay Raaz, Yashpal Sharma, Bhuvan Arora, Aniruddh Dave, and Bhagyashri Borse in pivotal roles.
The movie trailer has already generated significant buzz, with the songs Satyanaas and Tu Hai Champion trending on social media since their release.
Following this, Kartik has Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 alongside Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit, as well as Aashiqui 3 in the pipeline. Additionally, there are talks of him working with Sooraj Barjatya to portray the character of Prem in an upcoming project.
A source close to the production revealed that Sooraj Barjatya is looking for an actor who can embody innocence on screen, believing Kartik has the potential to portray the new-age Prem character. The project is in early development stages, with initial meetings already conducted and further discussions planned after the release of Chandu Champion on June 14.
