Karen Huger Confronts DUI Car Crash in Explosive Season 9 Preview
Karen Huger is owning up to the consequences of her actions.
The Real Housewives of Potomac star is finally talking about her DUI and car accident from March 2024 in the explosive season nine trailer of the Bravo series.
“I’m truly sorry you had to hear the crash,” Karen says tearfully to a man in the teaser released on Sept. 12. She then reveals to her castmates, “I could have lost my life.”
However, Ashley Darby doesn’t take Karen’s comment lightly and responds, “Or taken someone else’s life!”
Mia Thornton later criticizes Karen upon hearing that her so-called best friend has been spreading rumors that she’s “not part of Potomac.”
“Is it Potomac behavior to drink excessively,” Mia questions, “and crash your car into trees?”
But the drama doesn’t end there for Karen this season. A sneak peek hints at a heartbreaking fallout between her and Wendy Osefo. Wendy confronts Karen tearfully after finding out that the Grande Dame has been calling her “self-centered” to the other women.
“I’ve had your back both on and off camera,” Wendy tells Karen. “I never expected this from you.”
