Justin Timberlake is currently facing legal issues in New York.
The singer of “Mirrors” was arrested in Long Island on the night of June 17 and is still in custody, according to a spokesperson from Sag Harbor Village PD, who did not disclose the specific charges against Timberlake, as reported by NBC News.
A representative from Sag Harbor Justice Court mentioned that Timberlake, who has children Silas (9) and Phineas (3) with his wife Jessica Biel, will appear for an arraignment this morning in court in relation to at least one DWI charge.
“He was having dinner with friends yesterday evening,” shared a source familiar with the incident with E! News. “As he exited the restaurant, he was stopped and arrested by a patrol car parked nearby. Fortunately, no one was injured.”
The actor from Friends With Benefits is currently on his sold-out Forget Tomorrow World Tour and is still set to perform in Chicago on June 21.
E! News has contacted Timberlake’s representative for a statement.
