Julianne Hough Demonstrates Her Fit Physique During “Sauna Stretching”
Julianne told E! News the exercise she always prioritizes, even when she is busy with a packed schedule.
“I make sure to walk around the hills with my dog,” the Dancing With the Stars star revealed. “It’s essential because I need to take care of her too. But overall, regardless of whether it’s just 10 minutes or five minutes of activity, I need to keep my body moving.”
Additionally, when she has more time to dedicate to working out, Julianne mentioned, “Whether it’s attending a Kinrgy class, doing Pilates, or practicing yoga, the fact that we can integrate all these different forms of exercise is what I enjoy the most because I appreciate the versatility it brings.”
