Jodie Turner-Smith Responds to Joshua Jackson and Lupita Nyong’o’s Relationship
Jodie Turner-Smith is maintaining a positive outlook regarding her former partner.
The Queen & Slim star, who ended her four-year marriage with Joshua Jackson in 2023, is expressing her thoughts on the relationship between the Dawson’s Creek alum and Lupita Nyong’o.
“Good for them,” Jodie shared with The Cut in an interview published on June 14. “We need happiness in order to peacefully co-parent.”
In navigating this new chapter with Joshua, 46, and their 4-year-old daughter Juno, she envisions striving for a relationship akin to Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.
“I’m aiming for the Gwyneth and Chris Martin level,” the 37-year-old jokingly remarked, while also expressing her genuine hope for the happiness of Josh and Lupita and its positive impact on their family.
For Jodie, her primary focus is ensuring that Juno is well-supported as she embarks on this co-parenting journey with the actor from Dr. Death.
“I must do everything possible to ensure Juno’s success and to co-parent peacefully with someone I once deeply cared for,” she concluded.
