Jerry Seinfeld’s Children Open Up About Their Honest Opinions on His Career
These dad jokes aren’t hitting the mark in the Seinfeld household.
Recently, Jerry Seinfeld, who has kids Sascha, 23, Julian, 21, and Shepherd, 18, with his wife Jessica Seinfeld, shared that his family isn’t impressed by his career, and he’s completely okay with that.
“You don’t want your kids to think you’re that amazing,” the comedian told E! News‘s Will Marfuggi at the premiere of his new film, Unfrosted on April 30. “A lot of times when I try to be funny around them, they’ll ask, ‘Is that one of your jokes dad? Is that a new routine?’ They’re pretty used to it.”
In fact, he’s not certain if all of his kids have even watched his beloved sitcom Seinfeld.
“I’ve never actually asked them if they’ve seen the show,” he mentioned, but added that they could be secretly watching it. (For more of Jerry’s interview, tune in to E! News on May 1.)
