Jennifer Lopez Mentions Ben Affleck Briefly Amid Breakup Speculations
Although neither Jennifer Lopez nor Ben Affleck have publicly addressed rumors about their marriage, they continue to mention each other in various contexts.
Recently, Lopez brought up Affleck while sharing the story of how she met Barbra Streisand.
During an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! on May 20, Lopez explained that her admiration for the EGOT winner was inherited from her mother. When she encountered Streisand twenty years ago, Lopez expressed her love for her, saying “Oh my god. I love you!”
Lopez reminisced about how kind Streisand was and how she even acknowledged the engagement ring she had received from Affleck at the time.
“‘So that’s a big diamond,'” Lopez recalled Streisand saying, to which she replied, “Yes, it is.”
Lopez also mentioned that Streisand offered her movie advice and inquired about how she handled fame, with Lopez thinking to herself, “You’re the most famous person ever.”
“It was such a surreal experience,” J.Lo reflected. “I was just so captivated by her.”
