Jax Taylor files for divorce from Brittany Cartwright again.
Modifications were made to additional sections as well—Taylor had previously requested the court to defer the issue of spousal support to Cartwright for future determination. However, in his revised submission, he proposed that spousal support be waived for both parties.
Taylor is also seeking to have all assets acquired before and after the separation from Cartright be classified as separate property, with the details of such assets and any communal or quasi-communal property still pending determination.
Cartright has occasionally discussed the impact of her split with Taylor on their son. During an interview with E! News in September, she mentioned that she and her former partner were co-parenting their son, Cruz.
“Our main focus is always our son,” she stated at the 2024 Daytime Beauty Awards held at L.A.’s Autry Museum. “No matter what happens between Jax and I, Cruz will always come first. Our love for him will always prevail, ensuring that he remains unaffected by any disagreements between us.”
