Javed Akhtar clarifies that the tweet about Team India at Olympics was not from him
On the evening of July 28, Javed Akhtar informed his fans on his social media account that his account had been compromised. He mentioned that a post regarding the Indian team at the current Paris Olympics 2024 was not posted by him but by the hackers who accessed his account. The tweet in question has since been removed.
He tweeted, “My account is hacked. A message has been posted supposedly from my account about our Indian team at the Olympics. It is harmless, but I did not send it. We are in the process of reporting this to the relevant authorities.”
