‘Hoda Kotb Joyfully Meets Tom Cruise at Bruce Springsteen Concert in Wembley’
A dedicated Bruce Springsteen enthusiast named Tom Cruise was spotted at a concert at London’s Wembley Stadium on Thursday, July 25. The 62-year-old actor was enthusiastically clapping and dancing from the VIP section alongside his large group of friends.
A star-studded group
Joining Cruise were celebrities like Phoebe Waller-Bridge, 39, known for her role in Fleabag; Christopher McQuarrie, the director and writer of Mission: Impossible films; and renowned director Guillermo del Toro, who added to the excitement of the evening. Springsteen, 74, put on a remarkable performance that thrilled everyone present.
Cruise and Waller-Bridge have previously attended live music events together. They were recently seen at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show at Wembley in late June. Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, was also part of their group, along with Prince William, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Hugh Grant, among others.
From London to Paris
After watching Springsteen’s performance at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics on Friday, June 26, Cruise flew to Paris. Despite the rain-filled ceremony, the Top Gun: Maverick star seemed cheerful.
Hoda Kotb captured a moment with Cruise and shared it on Instagram, expressing her joy at meeting him. Jenna Bush Hager jokingly commented on Kotb’s poncho in the photo, while Savannah Guthrie added that they are like icons.
