Isla Fisher Speaks Out Following Split From Sacha Baron Cohen
Isla Fisher is embarking on a new journey.
Just a month after the Wedding Crashers actress and Sacha Baron Cohen announced their divorce following 13 years of marriage, Isla took to her Instagram Stories on May 14 to express her gratitude for the overwhelming support she received.
In a photo posted on her Stories, Isla can be seen wearing a purple-printed dress and a green denim jacket during a sunny outdoor outing. Accompanying the photo was a message with a kissing emoji that read, “Thank you for all your kindness and support.”
The couple, who are parents to three children, disclosed their split last year through a joint statement in April posted on their Instagram Stories alongside a picture of them in tennis attire.
“After a lengthy tennis match spanning over two decades,” the joint statement stated, “we have decided to hang up our racquets. In 2023, we mutually filed for divorce.”
“We have always valued our privacy and have been discreetly navigating through this transition,” they continued. “Our children will always be our top priority, and we are grateful for your understanding and support in respecting our family’s desire for privacy.”
