Raquel Leviss Shares Emotional Details About Breaking Up with Matthew Dunn
Raquel Leviss recently discussed her decision to break up with Matthew Dunn on the Rachel Goes Rogue podcast. She shared her reasons for ending the relationship during the episode.
Leviss emphasized the importance of her social media policy, which Dunn failed to respect. This issue arose two months after their relationship became public.
“His behavior didn’t align with what he had told me,” the 29-year-old former reality star revealed on the show. “Early on in our relationship, I asked him not to post on social media. We had been dating for a month.”

Leviss explained that Dunn changed his Facebook profile picture to a photo of both of them when she attended the Stagecoach Festival in April. “It became a big deal, and the media found out,” she said. “I had to end it. It was tough. It was unfortunate because he was emotionally stable, intelligent, and we had great conversations and connection.
She continued, “We had an agreement not to do that, so it seemed like he couldn’t control his impulses, or maybe he wanted to post to show off.”
Leviss opens up about romance and relationships
Leviss also commented on Dunn’s Instagram post of a group photo in front of a waterfall, calling the outing an “amazing experience.” He replied with a kissing emoji, and for the first time addressed the romance rumors with Dunn on the show.
During an on-air conversation with a dating coach, Leviss revealed that she looks for a partner who is “secure and trustworthy.” She mentioned that her worst dating scenario is “falling for someone who isn’t a good person.” In 2021, Leviss was engaged to James Kennedy for six months.
In March 2023, Leviss shocked viewers when news of her affair with Tom Sandoval during his relationship with Ariana Madix came out. Despite the scandal, Leviss has not appeared much on Vanderpump Rules since the reunion of Season 10.
She continued to be in love with Sandoval while seeking mental health treatment in Arizona, but by May 2023, they had broken up. Sandoval is now with Victoria Lee Robinson, and Madix is dating Daniel Wai.
