Hugh Jackman’s Body Transformation for Deadpool & Wolverine
In a recent interview, Jackman and Reynolds talked about the physical transformation for their roles in Deadpool & Wolverine. Jackman mentioned the challenges he faced and how he enjoyed getting back in shape for the role.
Jackman recalled a time about ten years ago when he wasn’t enjoying the process of bulking up for Wolverine. However, after taking a break and focusing on dance and stage shows, he found the training fun and thrilling when he returned.

Although Jackman initially felt sore at the start of training, he was pleased with how his body responded and noted the positive effects on his brain.
Hugh Jackman’s Diet Plan
Jackman revealed that he had to eat a lot to gain muscle for his role as Wolverine, especially because he is naturally skinny. He mentioned that this was the most challenging part of the process.
Reynolds added that eating multiple meals a day may sound appealing, but the type of food they had to consume was not necessarily enjoyable.
