Todd Chrisley’s Reaction to Wife Julie’s Overturned Prison Sentence
Todd, aged 55, and Julie, aged 51, were convicted of wire fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States in June 2022. They began serving their prison sentences in January 2023.
According to a recent statement to E! News, the Chrisleys’ legal representatives expressed satisfaction with the Court’s decision regarding Julie’s sentence, but disappointment with Todd’s appeal being rejected.
The statement also mentioned plans to challenge the couple’s convictions based on an alleged illegal search that initiated the case, which may be in reference to a prior misconduct case the Chrisleys settled earlier in the year. The family is grateful for the support received and hopeful for positive outcomes in the future.
