“She enjoys participating in charitable outings,” he explained. “She likes giving back to the community, doing clinics with young girls for field hockey, and other activities. She finds fulfillment in that.”
Although the 36-year-old admitted that he and his wife may not always enjoy being approached in public, particularly when the interactions are negative, he stressed that “the majority of people are respectful and appreciative. We understand how fortunate we are to be where we are.”
Jason shared his thoughts on how Travis is handling everything, saying, “I believe he has remained true to himself. He is humble and treats everyone with respect, regardless of their status.”
Travis himself has expressed that while his newfound fame is unprecedented, he is not resisting the changes it brings to his relationship with Taylor.
“I have never experienced anything like this,” Travis told WSJ. Magazine in November. “But I am not avoiding it either.”
He also complimented Taylor’s ability to handle the spotlight during public appearances.
“She faces intense scrutiny every day, with paparazzi outside our home, every restaurant we visit, every time we fly,” he said admiringly. “She continues to live her life and enjoy it. When she behaves with such grace, I feel I should not act differently.”
