Sophie Turner Shares Frustration at Being Considered One of “The Wives” During Joe Jonas Marriage
Winter may be coming, but not for Sophie Turner.
After all, the Game of Thrones alum is “embracing this lighter, fresher kind of energy around me” almost a year after breaking up with Joe Jonas, with whom she shares daughters Willa, 3, and Delphine, 2.
“My recipe for a hot girl summer is pretty much playing with my kids, hanging out with my best friends, drinking some cocktails,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in an interview published July 8, “and enjoying the sun, long may it last.”
The 28-year-old continued, “As long as the sun’s out, I’m a happy chap.”
And if she were to describe her summer as a Taylor Swift era, Sophie—who stayed at the singer’s New York City apartment in the aftermath of her split from Joe—said it’s the pop-happy 1989 “every time, baby.”
“That album doesn’t get old,” she noted. “Although The Tortured Poets Department really has a nice grip on me at the moment.”
