The 24-year-old acknowledges the buzz on social media surrounding his new relationship with the Laguna Beach alum, but he’s not quite ready to shine the spotlight on his romance.
“It’s part of the territory, I suppose,” Mark exclusively told E! News‘ Paul Costabile on the CMT Music Awards red carpet. “It is what it is.”
Accompanied by his fellow Montana Boyz Kade Wilcox and Kaleb Campbell Winterburn on the carpet, Mark is smitten with the reality star. In fact, his friends describe him as quite the romantic.
