Hilary Duff’s spouse, Matthew Koma, applauds her former partners on Instagram
Hilary Duff‘s former partners may seem like a thing of the past, but her current husband isn’t ready to fly the coop just yet.
On Valentine’s Day, Matthew Koma ditched the mushy love messages for a funny—and surprising—shout out on social media.
“This Valentine’s Day I’d like to thank all the courageous men who’ve saved my wife from treacherous oceans over the years,” he wrote in a Feb. 14 Instagram post. “You don’t go unnoticed and your bravery is celebrated in our home every day.”
Alongside a paparazzi photo of the couple showing affection in the ocean during a 2017 vacation, the musician’s post featured images of Hilary with exes Jason Walsh and Ely Sandvik—whom she briefly dated in 2016 and 2017, respectively—as well as screenshots from one of his wife’s films and a music video.
Hilary—who is expecting the couple’s third child and shares daughters Banks, 5, and Mae, 2, with Matthew, as well as son Luca, 11, with ex-husband Mike Comrie—definitely found her husband’s post amusing.
