Selena Gomez Opens Up About Close Friendship with Benny Blanco and Difficulty to Conceive a Child
Selena Gomez is receiving a lot of love from her boyfriend, Benny Blanco. In a recent interview, the actress shared about her medical condition that prevents her from carrying a child of her own.
The Only Murders in the Building star expressed that she has never felt as loved as she does in her relationship with the record producer. She described Blanco as the light of her life in a conversation with Vanity Fair.
Gomez revealed to an entertainment portal, “I’ve never been loved this way. He’s just been a light. A complete light in my life. He’s my best friend. I love telling him everything.”
In an interview with Howard Stern, she hinted at potential marriage plans with Blanco. Stern mentioned his wish for them to get married at some point, to which Blanco responded, “You and me both.”
Reflecting on the interview, Gomez shared with Vanity Fair, “He can’t lie.” She joked, “After the interview, I was dying laughing. Like, ‘Anything else you wanted to put out there?’”

Reports suggest that the Love On singer may be considering marriage with Blanco in the future. Last month, the actress flaunted a ring on her finger, later hiding it with a pink heart emoji in a picture.
Following this, Gomez began following a wedding planner on TikTok, fueling further speculation.
Additionally, Gomez opened up about her health struggles, revealing that she is unable to carry her own children due to serious medical issues. Despite this, she sees adoption and surrogacy as positive alternatives for embracing motherhood.
