Gypsy Rose Blanchard Seeks Restraining Order Against Ex Ryan Anderson
Gypsy Rose Blanchard is requesting more space from Ryan Anderson.
Just three days after initiating the divorce process, the 32-year-old has filed for a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, as per court documents obtained from People.
In addition to the restraining order, Gypsy, who married Ryan in July 2022 while still incarcerated in a Missouri prison for the second-degree murder of her mother Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard, is also requesting interim and long-term spousal support in the divorce proceedings.
In her filing, Gypsy states that she requires financial assistance as the defendant has the means to provide it, clarifying that she is not responsible for the breakdown of the marriage.
Furthermore, she is asking the court to deny any spousal support to Ryan in the formal documentation.
E! News has attempted to contact Ryan for a statement but has not received a response.
About two weeks after publicly declaring the separation from her husband, Gypsy submitted the restraining order request. Following her breakup with the special education teacher, Gypsy mentioned in a post on her private Facebook account dated March 28, as reported by People, that she has relocated to her parents’ home in the bayou.
