“Next week, I will personally take charge of organizing all the files,” the 36-year-old stated. “I will ensure that such a mishap does not occur again. I have dedicated months to this show, creating music and visuals, and although I may not be in the best mood right now, I promise that next week will be flawless, with everything going through me.”
The singer, who has been relatively inactive on the touring circuit in recent years, is set to perform for the second time at the festival on April 20.
She ended her message by describing the challenging situation she faced onstage.
“I was unable to properly mix the sound manually and the front monitors were not functioning, leading to a chaotic sonic experience as I tried to guess the quality of the audio for you all,” she explained. “Please forgive me! Love, always.”
