So I’m going to be in London, but I am going to be going back for proctored exams,” he said.

What we know about The Running Man remake so far
With filming starting in Fall, the film is expected to be released in 2025. It will not be a sequel or prequel to Stephen King’s novel, set in a dystopian United States in 2025. Additionally, Wright’s vision differs from Schwarzenegger’s adaptation.
In a December 2023 interview with Happy Sad Confused podcast, Wright discussed his strict adaptation of the novel, aiming to stay true to the source material unlike the 1987 film.
Although challenging, Wright and his team are dedicated to creating a remake that honors the original novel.
