George Clooney Finds Acting Alongside Brad Pitt in Wolfs Effortless: Calls Being ‘On Top of Each Other’ Fun

George Clooney and Brad Pitt’s friendship began on the set of their upcoming comedy thriller, Wolfs. During the premiere of the film at TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles on September 18, Clooney, 63, and Pitt, 60, discussed reuniting on screen and reigniting their camaraderie.

“I’m too old to hit a curveball, but I think that’s an automatic, too. Never going to be a straight answer or straight delivery,” Clooney said about Pitt, with whom he has previously collaborated on films like the Ocean’s trilogy and Burn After Reading. “No, from the minute we got there, it was just easy to do it again,” he added.

One thing that Clooney loved about working with Pitt was being able to talk over each other. “It was pretty easy to do because it was fun,” he said. Directed by Jon Watts, known for Spider-Man: Homecoming, Wolfs follows two fixers hired for the same job who are forced to work together. “Over one explosive night, they’ll have to set aside their petty grievances — and their egos — to finish the job,” reads the official synopsis.

On the red carpet, when asked about advice for future Sexiest Man Alive candidates, Pitt jokingly referred to Clooney as the Sexiest Man Still Alive. Clooney replied, “Yes, exactly. That’s going to be starting now. I know.” The Batman and Robin actor humorously mentioned trying to get the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) to start Sexiest Man Alive titles and reminisced about having a T-shirt with the title.

Wolfs will be released in theaters on September 20 and will stream on Apple TV+ from September 27 onwards.
