Cause of Death of Former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki’s Son Unveiled
New information has surfaced regarding the final moments of Marco Troper.
The son of former YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki was discovered deceased on his university campus on February 13, and now, the cause of his death has been disclosed. Troper passed away due to “acute combined drug toxicity,” as confirmed by the Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau to People on May 29.
Regarding the substances present in Troper’s system, the 19-year-old had elevated levels of cocaine, amphetamine, alprazolam (the generic form of Xanax), and hydroxyzine (an antihistamine) at the time of his death, resulting in an accidental overdose, as per a toxicology report obtained by SFGate.
Furthermore, the levels of two of these substances were notably high, with the report indicating that the quantities of “alprazolam and cocaine found in his bloodstream could potentially lead to fatality,” according to SFGATE.
