Anna Delvey, the fraudulent heiress, reveals shocking insight on deception
Anna Delvey is set to make a grand entrance on social media.
The socialite con-artist, known for her 2017 arrest for defrauding major financial institutions, banks, hotels, and acquaintances, which was portrayed in Netflix’s Inventing Anna, will be returning to social media on Aug. 17 for the first time since her release from prison in 2022.
And the reason behind this comeback? Delvey, also known as Anna Sorokin, is getting ready to dive into USA’s new fierce reality competition series The Anonymous.
“I’ve heard about this new show called The Anonymous that’s all about deception,” the 33-year-old, who is currently under house arrest, reveals in E! News’ exclusive sneak peek while showing off her court-ordered ankle monitor. “I may have a trick or two up my sleeve when it comes to deception.”
When asked for her advice to the 12 contestants who will be competing in the intense game of strategy and treachery to win up to $100,000, Delvey doesn’t hold back.
“Don’t hesitate to embellish your appearance—or the truth,” she declares in the teaser. “Believe me, I would never deceive you.”
