Bollywood Wives Season 3: Bhavana Pandey Embraces Outsider Status Despite Karan Johar’s Warning about Trolling
Bhavana Pandey, married to Chunky Panday, made her acting debut with Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives in 2020. Her daughter, actress Ananya Panday, faced trolling for her comment about Chunky not being invited to Koffee With Karan. Fast forward to 2024, Bhavana, Karan Johar warned her about the trolling and called herself an ‘outsider’.
In an episode of Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives Season 3, Bhavana Pandey celebrated the opening of Gauri Khan’s newly renovated restaurant, with other Bollywood wives including Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh, and Neelam Kothari also in attendance.
During a chat with Karan Johar, Bhavana asked his opinion on them being “outsiders” in the industry. KJo, surprised by her statement, responded, “Being Ananya Panday’s mother, Shanaya Kapoor’s mother, and also Aryan and Suhana’s mother, if y’all are calling yourselves outsiders, you will get trolled!”
Bhavana later mentioned she was once an outsider and now considers herself an insider, stating that every insider was once an outsider. Her friend Seema reacted, saying, “Nice try…”
The third season of Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives is streaming on Netflix since October 18. It features the original cast, Bhavana, Seema, Maheep, and Neelam, along with three new ladies, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Kalyani Chawla, and Shalini Passi.
The show focuses on the personal and professional lives of the star cast, including Maheep who is married to Sanjay Kapoor, Seema who is Sohail’s former wife, and Neelam who is married to actor Samir Soni. The first season premiered in 2020, followed by the second season in 2022.
